You often do not appreciate your family until you are not around them. That has proven correctly for me. My mission made me miss my family more than ever. But the beauty of family is that it is eternal, forever, and never ending. What a great feeling to know. I am currently living at home, and as excited as I am to go back to school and be social and have fun being a young adult, I will really miss my family. My life has been richly blessed by every single member of my family, and I will forever be in their debt for the blessings they have been in my life. I know I will miss them when I leave, but thank goodness for technology. easy access to stay in touch. whether its shooting text messages to family, or mom keeping tabs on me on Facebook,(just kidding mom, but seriously. ;) haha ) I know they are always there for me. And I am so thankful for that.

My friday mornings
Due to my current work schedule, I do not have much a social life until saturday and sunday. I go to work at 3 30 and work until midnight. So usually in the mornings I do my online classes, watch some ESPN, and then off to work again. But Friday mornings are nice. Usually by Friday i have finished all my homework for the week, so I am able to enjoy my friday mornings before work. Especially because I miss the thursday night line up of great shows. My friday mornings consist of going to http://www.hulu.com/, and watching recent episodes of The Office, Community and Modern Family. It puts me in a good mood. As of right now in my life, i live for the weekends, but I also live for friday mornings.

A Stupor of Thought
Today i was working and listening to the Book of Mormon on my MP3 player. I just started Mosiah. Learning the teachings of King Benjamin. Even though i just started it, it has made me remember previous times reading/listening/studying this section of the Book of Mormon. All i know is that king benjamin is awesome. It helped me today, helped me to appreciate the leaders i have had in my life, whether church, career or educational, the ones that have helped me and been an example for me. I love this book more than anything else.

snowsnowsnow
Last night around 9 30 it was clear. 2 1/2 hours later I go out to my car to go home from work, and it is snowing like crazy. Dont get me wrong, i love snow. driving home was actually really fun. nothing had been cleared, just cruising through powder. But i am ready for summer. I love playing in the snow, just not having to deal with it all the time. summer will be good. oh so much.

So much for that
Well today i was suppose to go to Breckenridge with my fam for the snow sculpture show. Yeah..... we are halfway up the hill, and snow storm, likes crazy. All in all, the tunnel through the mtn was hecka backed up, so we turned around and went bowling as a family. It was fun. We got home and it started snowing . alot. pretty much all day, it was nice. i do like the snow, and because it snowed, i made my own sculpture. it took like 4 minutes. im impressed for sure.
All i know is that, when your plans change, change em good, so that you still had fun, like me.
Please enjoy my mtn, its february 5th.

Beer, Crepes and Snow, minus the Beer
This weekend, Breckenridge resort is holding the 21st annual Budweiser International Snow Sculpture Championships. It has been going on for the last week, and this weekend is the final viewing of all the sculptures.
I will be going to this, to take pictures and enjoy the festivities of Breckenridge. Easily one of my favorite ski towns, great night life, and one of the best crepe shops known to man. Crepes A La Carte.
I will post pictures from the weekend. Wish you were here to enjoy it with us!
